I think all this happens sooner. After what he did in the playoffs his confidence is high and now after the pelicans declined giving him up to the nets for kd his confidence should sky rocket. Thing is he could easily average 25 to 30 if he was more selfish as a ball player. You will rarely see him shoot 25 times in a game hell he rarely tops 20 shits while most fuces8avg over 25 shoot well over 20 times a game.

After watching ball for over 25 years now every elite player alonf the way has had that moment where you see them go from a great player to an elite one and its USUALLY in the playoffs. This years playoffs was that time for bi . Going into next year hes gonna go nuts. He progressed incredibly as a leader, playmaker and his ability to move off ball and get into positions to he succeasfull ....this year you could argue besides lebron hes the best passing forward in rhe league and only those who watch pels games would know why im saying this. His offensive bag is as deep as anyones right now especially in the midrange and in areas . Hes gotten so good with his length it doesnt matter how big you are he can just rise up over you. But the biggest stand out from the playoffs to me was his ability to make shots with defenders all over him and i mean you got dudes who are GREAT defenders all over him who couldnt have played better d and hes splashing them. People say hes like kd but his game imo mirrors a young kobes more than anyone in terms of his jump shooting and pull up game. He should fully stamp his name as a top 15 player this yewr
