Older I get the more I care about living another day. Both my granddads died at 68-71. So, my goal is to make it to 75. Good goals to be a plus 1 for people we meet.

Couldn't ask for a better attitude ..even at 54 myself I've found it extremely difficult to get my bench where it once was & I will now to use ideas 💡 you gave to continue as I've learned lots from your presentation..Hope you continue with God's help to do great things
