I’ve come close to fainting a few times getting up to fast and my vision gets all weird and lose my balance but I’ve never fully fainted. Feel better get some food in you take the time you need. We love Nimmo.

You said that perfectly, Brandon! The Valsalva maneuver is when you, say, push hard to 💩, your blood pressure and heart rate drop that you faint, but other factors can cause it too

The summer Heat and over exertion plus one too many body building pills, I would bet led to this fainting 'episode' for Cap'n Nimmo 100000 MLB leagues under the beisbol field. In addition, he could've easily had a deadly massive heart attack, luckily he didn't.

Glad you are ok, that tingling sensation may have been your body going into flight or fight mode. I have had that a few times usually pre-cursor to an anxiety/panic attack. Hope you never experience that again as it is very scary

i had a similar incident it was october 9th 2023 I had my normal breakfast before heading to church. That day I was late so I had to hurry so I ran as fast as I could made it to church on time mid worship service I saw colors I saw the room spinning I tried sitting down because something wasn't right. I woke up on the floor somehow did not hit my head surprisingly because it was a hard wooden floor and when I ask what happened the pastor told me I fainted. like Brandon I did not remember fainting and I also blacked out the church staff was termoundous they asked me a bunch of questions prior to me fainting they made sure to keep an eye on me , they gave me plenty of water , juice and a banana luckily there was also people there who worked in medical that was there just in case the unlikely hood happened. from what I was told it was also over extortion but I've ran fast in the past like the day it happened and I was fine. Ever since then I haven't had it and I'm lucky and grateful it wasn't worse

Vasovagal…I’ve had it happen to me about 5 times. It’s usually after I sprain my ankle. Just get down on the ground, let it take its course, you’ll come to and be AOKAY
