1. I like the way Caity sat, so no thank you, we fans are good. 2. When Sara heard Laurel dead in S6, she came back to Arrow and there were and still are lots of grief and anger showing in the Legends, so the writers didn't pretend all these never happen. I like the darkness in Arrow, but I also like the craziness in Legends, Sara is a three dimensional character we love, and Legends has been serious and real about that.

Wow Jay Washington from Collider hosting this that's unexpected. Brandon Routh's journey has been one awesome ride. Also Caity Lotz's journey from Arrow all the way to Legends has been incredible. I feel they are going towards Justice League Dark for season 4 now dealing with supernatural entities. I think they should introduce couple of characters like Boston Brand, Jason Blood since they would be great additions and can provide insight about all the demonic creatures that the Legends will have to face/off against.

I really like that Caity showed some of her dance moves but I really hope she did not feel too pressed to do it/ Last thing I wnat is for her to be 'on the spot' and feeling uncmfortable. I'm glad Brandon explained that the key to working out is eating right, because it is so true and so important! People mostly forget the eating part of working out. They work out to lose weight and/or built musscle but it takes a big toll on your body if done intensely and your body need enough and the right type of fuel to gain what you want. I heard somewhere (in case of losing weight), it's like 80% crrect diet and 20% correct workout. So I'm glad he explained that well :3 Lol, the reaction of Brandons kid when he sees people taller than his dad :P He should come here. My mom is a bit taller than him, my brother is taller than him. I live in The Netherlands and people are decently tall here, both men and women XD 'We're making it misserable for other people' xD Bringing the more 'human' side to the screen like Caity said was very well said and I agree, I really like that aspect if Legends :3 Agreed, very beaitiful way to describe life, Brandon :3
