@annisamaideen218Ай бұрын
I had Taira winning. Was a really close fight, so not really a robbery. I can understand how the optics especially in the 5th swayed it to Royval’s favour for most people. Especially seeing how rd 4 was one-sided, it is expected for the emotions to play a part in how one would judge that fight. Brandon is tough and a dog for sure, but Taira exhibits great control. In an era of stallers and Tairas aggressive game and constant seeking for the finish is refreshing and great for the sport.
@UnderhookmmaАй бұрын
@@annisamaideen218 I think the reversal from Brandon in the last minute of round 5 is what sealed the deal for him all day! For him to dig deep and end strong like that is what the Championship rounds are all about.

This is why Pantoja is the best. His BJJ is always threatening submission and he is impossible to hurt. Cardio won this fight. Taira needs to improve his striking and switch stances because he doesn't have the power of Kai Kara. Lastly, Mokaev is still the best grappler in this division given his diversity of submission.
