Baltimore is a whole other type of drug market you won’t find anywhere in the US everything is organized every corner is watched by lookout boys. It’s not just your normal dude on the corner in Baltimore. Some streets the kids will run up to your car if you’re white. When I use to be a full blown addict about 9 kids surrounded my car yelling over the other to sell my viles of crack. It’s literally insane and easiest place ever to score drugs. Being an addict in Baltimore is pretty much a death sentence nowadays and every block gives out testers everyday for free. You don’t even gotta pay money to be a drug addict in Baltimore.
