Yeah I totally agree I use to have 6 or 5 coffees a day sometimes 8. That lasted for maybe 2 years until I figured a month ago it wasn’t healthy so now only have 1 a day or sometimes 2 even though I’m trying to cut down to a couple of coffees a week.
