That is a very thoughtful and deep question you posed right off the rip there. The reason that it's usually the people who got nothing to do with the culture in question that are the most loud and obnoxious and vocally offended, is because that is exactly what virtue signalling is. Those are the people who have bought into the lie that whatever their culture is is inherently racist, and so they have to claim "NOT IT" faster and louder than anybody else.
