When he said the peppercorn sauce tasted like gravy 😅 that's an old trick from chef land if you run out of peppercorn and need one, 50/50 gravy and double cream with some ground black pepper and a few whole peppercorns chucked in 😂 also the marie rose sauce on a prawn cocktail? You can make that out of 50/50 ketchup and mayonnaise and it looks, smells and tastes exactly the same 🙃

I had Gastric Bypass but before I had it I could put some food down like these guys. I just couldn't handle the weight anymore. I have a lung disease thats killing me so my weight was hurting my lung disease even more. I do miss eating tho. I get my fulfilments from watching the people that do food challenges.

I trained everyday but before that I could do 5lbs or 6lbs. I doubled that and dependin' on the fits maybe 14lbs. I speed trainin' 5 years ale so down to like 9lbs or so maybe 10lbs. I am more into my Outdoors videos on that channel. Curre try I am in a tent by the railroad. I am on a 50 mile Railroad track hike with 65lbs on my back.
