I would've done a 30-man rumble with 5 extra people. Those would be Kane (most rumble appearances of any wrestler at 20), Big Show (technically should've been the winner of the 2000 rumble), Braun Strowman (won the Greatest Royal Rumble, as much as we want to forget that one), Daniel Bryan (longest time spent in a single rumble without winning it, although it was in the GRR: 1:16:05) and Santino Marella (shortest time spent in a single rumble: 0:00:01.9)

The real Ultimate Royal Rumble winner is Big John Studd, the only Royal Rumble entrant in history to never lose at the event, as he won in 1989, the only Royal Rumble PPV he ever took part in. Also, Big Show is the person with the highest loss streak at the event, losing in all 17 PPV's he appeared on, although he did technically win the 2000 Royal Rumble and had it stolen him from the Rock
