Do you have any advice on landing a double back or a full twist. For some reason i twist so late on my flips that when i finally finish flip im not even square enough to land. Most of my friends are known to drink alcohol and have no athletic ability whats so ever. Im the only one who tumbles. I get hit a double back off a diving board but i really want to land one at the gym on a mat. Any suggestions. i heard about the 2 second rule you do. I'm closer to landing a double than full for some reas
