I drove almost across Canada from BC and in Ontario, we went through Thunder Bay, Sault St Marie, Sudbury, Toronto and visited my uncle in Cobourg and then went through London and Windsor on my way to the states. I was actually born in Ottawa. My plan is to start teaching in Ontario and Quebec next summer.

@@ryans3034 I did that to myself the last 2 days and to a family member. Not that hard but with pressure one can stand. It was relieving and the joints clicked (if you call it like that) several times because they could finally move and were loose. Yes it can be painful, but for couple of sec it is bearable and there is good pain too anyone can stand.

Everyday when I am finished walking on my right foot on the inside about mid foot area I have a puff the size of golf ball I'd say fluid just makes my foot hurt on the inside I now have to use sports tape before I put my shoe on to help right in the spot you were using that tool
