Been saying that for a while now. It’s okay to remote in to a location a half mile or mile away. It’s okay for someone in Japan to invite you into a remote raid when you live in Florida. Frowned upon when the person remotely travels directly to a location and plays.

One is a cheat and the other one is a feature Also spoofers aren't just raiding. They can teleport to locations of hundos and rare pokemon. That's an unfair advantage. And now that you can only do 5 remote raids per day spoofers have even more advantages. I don't understand what's fun about cheating, just go outside and play the game the way it's supposed to be played. Plus fresh air has advantages for your health too ;)

Just like the cowards on PvP that use bots to reveal their opponents' team. Just because someone is doing it doesn't mean that it is good for the game or that the game is reliant on those individuals. Spoofers are cheaters. Plain and simple. They hurt the game more than they help it.

But since niantic took remote raids mostly away a lot of people wont be able to do these raids . I agree with alot of people's comments spoofers do help this game but it wasn't like that until niantic changed the remote passes before someone was able to reach out and ask for help with raids and could get it now you ask and there no one there to help.
