15/15/15 is ivs for master league, for great and ultra 0/15/15 is more ideal

So basically the formula for the determination of cp is based on the ivs.the attack iv adds more value to the co than the other two ivs -you need to power up as many levels as possible before reaching the 1500 cp limit by having low attack you will get more power up levels(amount the Pokemon is powered up from level 1(cp around 10)

Have anyone noticed that after the Community Day Event that Niantic for some odd reason just removed Decidueye's signature move Spirit Shackle? You CAN'T even Elite TM it now! Luckily I have my new Shundo with the move now! ✨🦉💯🏹

You could have only gotten it during the community day. It was introduced midway the community day. It’s a legacy, legacy which means you cannot get it using charge or elite charge TM for now.

Yes however some areas can only get it after comm day aka niantic messed up. Elite TM allow you see if the move is available in the moveset pool (don't need to use), if its not in the pool then don't waste your TM

you were only allowed to get spirit shackle and frenzy plant from 2-5 on community day

You can only get “Spirit Shackle” during the community day which was introduced midway the Community Day and as of now you cannot get the move with charge or elite charge TM. It’s a Legacy, Legacy move as of now.
