If you have positions unfilled you have to sign the worst free agent to fill it.

Hey, Brandon, to fix the generate best lineup issue, you have to change the setting to auto then go back and click generate best line up and it should work.

Reorder Depth chart is broken. Turning on Auto Reorder makes it work. Just turn it off after its set so it doesnt change any adjustments you make.
