I've never fought over a boy. I just always felt like if it came down to that, BYE! But, my dislike for someone escalated because of a boy. My ex and I split after almost 2 years and maybe 2 weeks after we broke up I was at a company family BBQ and over walks my ex and one of my coworkers. She and I were not friends, but we weren't enemies. I didn't care for her just because she had a sour attitude about any and everything. But, she was very away of him being my ex because I worked in a bank and he banked there so anytime he came up to do anything banking he would always wait to come to my window and I'd always walk around the teller line and hug and kiss him before he left. Plus, he would bring all of us that worked on Saturday mornings breakfast regularly and just put it through the drawer at the commercial line. So this was not a "omg, I had no idea!" kind of things so I lost whatever respect I did have for her. But I will say, it was probably one fo the funniest experiences by the end of the BBQ. For one, I took my cousin/best friend and the minute she saw him I think she saw red and was about to go national geographic on his behind, which I think would have killed him because he LOVED her. (in a little sister way) But, all my friends from work... even the couple that were friends with her were livid. She came up to me a week or so later to apologize and say that it wasn't her intention to make me uncomfortable. In the calmest voice I could muster I said... Sweetie, you might not be very bright, but you are not that stupid. You know exactly what you were doing the moment you invited him to come with you. So, we will have a civil relationship here at work, but please do not misunderstand that as friendship. At 5:00p do not speak to me, I honestly have no use for girls like you... and clocked out I have no trouble telling you exactly what I think about you. Sounds like you two were made for each other. Good Luck... Girl Bye!

Brandy's brother Ray J is the one that made Kim Kardashian famous by co-starring in a certain video. I believe they did this song together because the media was reporting they didn't like it each other and even got in a fist fight at one point. Sort of like the Brittney and Christina relationship in the 2000's. They both had "Disney" type of images back then, Brandy even lied about a marriage to hide a pregnancy, because it was 'taboo' to get pregnant out-of-wedlock.

i don't really fight (Pan-poly) so if the other girl isn't comfortable with me being "close to him" then i will back off to friend. If they are still unhappy i'll back off slightly but also let the girl know that they are my friend still. if the guy keep coming "to be close" i will tell him what she said and to stop. if he keep coming after that then let the girl know what he was doing and what i told him, but some girls a still try to pick a fight. weird
