Brandy, her style is purposeful yet simply designed. I love a minimalistic finish especially when few pieces of decor make that big impact that tells a story. My favorites are the pendant light fixture in the foyer. That style gets me. The mood lighting it gives off and the fixture itself is like no other. I think that same light hanging on each side of a front door is such a vibe. The wicker light fixture is another fav. The brown tone and the warm lighting is moody in a good way. I’m definitely going to check out the blog post showing her house. I really love that blue and white footed bowl more than anything!! It looks like something you’d pick up on a trip to Italy and hand carry back home!! The other things were beautiful, too, but especially the flatware. That looks so good and truly like you’ve scored something from an estate sale in the real old-money neighborhood of your town!! I remember when matte vessels were all anyone wanted, and I was so glad to see when you first featured that beautiful black glazed terracotta pot from Lily’s Living! I still think that is one of the most beautiful vintage pieces Amazon offers!!

Brandy, you are well on the way to creating your own Nancy Meyers home. Remember, when you and Zac purchase your next home, it will be a different size to where you currently live. I would just store items away that you are currently not using and bring them out once you move. That's what l did. I'm now donating any items that l know longer love. Our tastes evolve over the years. It's the same with fashion.
