Love this card... and now I know I HAVE to get a crimper! And, you mentioned at the beginning of this video about a person mailing out the cards that they make and then not remembering (something like that), anyway, I take pictures of all my cards and upload them to my computer. That way, I know what cards I have made. I also keep a binder notebook with the cards picture ,measurements, inks used, etc... for quick reference if I or a friend wants to make them again.

I really liked this card! I would have used a little black shirt button in the center of the flower. I have crimped flower and pumpkin and leaf shapes before but never inked on them. I will try that.

to make the little white flowers a little curved, you can put them on a piece of foam or a magazine, and press a round stylus into the center.... great way to give some texture.

This is so cool. The background looks just like cardboard! Until I get a crimper, I think it would look nice with an embossed folder full of little flowers, and then highlight them with the momento? Keep the great ideas coming, Brandy.

Cute and simple. May I suggest that you stamp on your paper with your paper turned with it long ways from left to right and short side top to bottom so you don't have to use your scissors to trim off so it fits in the punch or you turn your stamp once before stamping. Just something I've dealt with when punching out my stamped object. I love your cards.

One thing I thought would be good to mention is that I noticed you were talking about the "stayz on" cleaner for you stamps, and that you can use that cleaner for all kinds of inks, not just the "stayz on" ink. That is true for rubber stamps, however, if you are using photopolymer stamps (the clear stamps) then using "stayz on" cleaner on them all the time WILL ruin them. So if you are using the clear stamps, you should try to limit your use of the "stayz on" cleaner. :)

Haven't used my crimper for some time. Hadn't thought about adding ink to the stripes. Great idea and looks nice. But I'd have to wash my hands to get rid of the ink on my hands or my prints would be everywhere.

Brandy love you videos and cards. To aoid having to trim paper to punch the stamped image, stamp with a fat petal pointing down on the edge of the paper. The punch lines up no trimming. Very quick to do :)

Hi Brandy hope your having a blessed day ....what am I saying this is the day the Lord has made....:-) First I love the card as usual wish I could get over to do crafting with you I so miss that:( .I fought the catalogs just as I had car trouble ya what doesn't kill us makes us stronger or I like takes us deeper with Him ...builds charater. :-) Anyway I am not that great with a computer and mine is down for a while and I'm using my daughters tablet that like to geek out. I want to place an order if I could but not comfortable with it ..... if I have enough to do it... I know I can't get everything I want but I will be have to do it little by little. Also how does I took into being demonstrator? Look I found the ? Lol I don't even know how to e mail someone :( born to late I guess but I try anyway lol as long as it doesn't go airborne I'm go lol please help me want to get the celebration lotus set .thank you and then KZbin changed and having hard time finding how to receive responses. HI Tina, Great Question! The manufacturer began fusing the markers and it was causing holes in some markers. Stampin Up noticed a quality issue and decided to stop selling them until they could be sure the quality was there. Its a bummer but they will come back. I still have my markers and they seem perfectly fine! If your markers aren't working well and you want to exchange them for a different item you'll want to call Stampin' Up at 1-800-STAMP UP. I heard from a few ladies that said you have to be careful with stazon cleaner as it can harm SOE stamps I believe it was poly stamps don't quote me on that but it harms some stamps. Also I head that if you first stamp with a light color Ink before you use it n dark it does not stai. As much was ted to share hope it helps:-) have a great night.
