I can relate with what you were talking about, Zoe! When you said that even though it was just agreeing to go for a Sunday roast, that's when I thought I'm the same. Even if someone just calls me up and asks me to go do something really simple, I get anxious about saying yes on the spot without having proper time to think about it and leaving the comfort of my home, but once I'm 'forced' to go and I'm out, I end up really enjoying myself 99% of the time. It may not be the same as your anxiety exactly, but it's nice to know I'm not alone in feeling like I do. Proud of you anyway Zoe 😊💖

I have major depression and not so much anxiety just in may I got out of the hospital and now I just try my best to say I love myself my pimples my imperfections I love them because they make me different they make me, me. Vlogers like you make me look differently at life make me think happy things I've been saying "yes" more because of you I've been positive because of Alfie other raw alignment makes me feel better about my body and bf vs gf used to make me feel better about my relationship sadly not anymore... But thank you for all you do zoe❤️ you even saying you're happy because you say yes makes me inspired because you're such an inspiration and an idol 💕💕

Zoe, I really hope you read this comment because you have honestly changed my life! I can relate to so many of your dilemmas relating to anxiety: such as the feelings of wanting to say no; the feeling of wanting to stay at home and the feeling of being generally anxious. Since I am also a 'home bird' I have always struggled with things that 'normal' teenage girls would find fun, such as staying over at a friends house, or going on a residential with school. I've always wondered why I felt these feelings, and I have since discovered that I too suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. Now I know what I am dealing with, I find it so much easier to do things outside of my comfort zone! And every time I am feeling anxious, your voice comes into my head saying 'just say yes'! And because of you Zoe, I've experienced so many fantastic opportunities that I may not have been able to conquer: such as visiting New York and Berlin! Thanks so much Z, you've changed my life in words I can't explain!❤️

Zoe, I totally relate to what you said about saying yes/no to things and being more spontaneous. I've been struggling with anxiety for over a decade and it's hard get out of my comfort zone but I've noticed that when I agree to doing more things with people or by myself, I just feel so much better! To anyone with the same type of issue, do try new things! You'll get out of this vicious circle only if you let yourself experience new things!

I think Alfie, Mark, Poppy and Sean have all helped Zoe with what she was talking about at the end of the video. They are so outgoing and they have gotten Zoey out and having fun with them.
