Not happy with the customer service. He is extremely rude right from start for any kind of questions. Inspite of that bought around 20 sets as I needed those kind of sets and when the shipping was made there was no receipt or bill sent with the package which made it tough to send back to the final destination. When asked he said he cannot help in this matter .

I completely agree. I am facing the same issue right now. In spite of abiding by all his 'professional demands' like payment within 30mins or advance payment of 1k, minimum order amts, and having to purchase 2 items per design - my 1 condition was not met. I placed the order on Monday, was promised delivery in 3 days and haven't received it till now and i fly out tomorrow.
