This video shows the machining process of a Brass pressure washer manifold for the Hydraulic sector.
The customer needed to quickly set the machine and reuse their own clamps (saving costs).
For this reason, we designed specific fixture with an interface to place the customer's existing clamps.
The most important advantages are: higher productivity compared to 3 machining centers in battery, resulting in a reduction of specialized labor, and greater machine flexibility.
