Watching Annie tear up in the beginning broke my heart. Both Annie and Hayley have gone through more than most adults go through. They lost their hero, best friend, big brother, and biggest supporter. I understand how they feel. I lost two of my oldest brothers and it’s the most heartbreaking thing to go through. When watching annie say that instead of being home and sad she wanted to go to set with friends to be happier. That is thanks to Caleb. Even on a sad day he impacted annie so much that she wanted to celebrate his life and birthday. With that being said I know how extremely hard the day must have been and all I can say is I am so proud of the people annie and Hayley have become today. Caleb is so incredibly proud of you!! I am so glad you got to celebrate his birthday with the people who matter most to you. I love you all and everyone needs to remember to celebrate life💕💕

It's weird to think how the people celebrating with the LeBlancs didn't even know Caleb. They didn't know the happy, positive, hilarious brother Annie and Hayley grew up with. They didn't know the amazing kid Katie and Billy raised. I'm not saying their bad friends, I'm just saying it's weird. These kids give Annie and Hayley exactly what they need on these days, and that's love. The kids who knew Caleb are the girls back in Maryland. They not only knew him but also lost him. They felt the firsthand pain, and that is something Annie and Hayley will always have with them, not matter if they still talk or not. I wonder a lot what he'd think of their life now? I think if u r surrounded by those who make u happy and love u and care about u then that is what matters. Despite the kids who knew the pain of losing some one they knew so well doesn’t mean that they should be the ones or r even the right ones to celebrate his or her life with. Times have changed and their lives have changed dramatically and also their group of friends. I’m so inspired by their continuous celebration of Caleb’s birthday every year even though he is gone. If u r a family who does this sort of thing then u r amazing and smart to not let your loved ones death affect you permanently and instead celebrate their life.

I’m so glad the Leblancs have good friends there for them who want to honour and celebrate Caleb and support them. When Annie and Hayley went to set with their friends instead of “sitting at home being sad all day” as Annie put it, I was so proud. This really shows that even though they have been through so much, they continue to stay strong, push through, and keep celebrating life. Also, even though losing a child is one of the hardest things to go through, Katie and Billy continue to be there for Annie and Hayley and provide them with all the wonderful opportunities they have and continue to celebrate life with them even when times are rough. The Leblancs lives have changed dramatically over the last year, but they still invite their new friends to come and celebrate Caleb’s birthday, that is beautiful and it shows just how much they love and miss Caleb.
