the rooting on yours looks so much better than mine. i just got nevra yesterday and when i washed her hair to get the product out, she was basically bald. yours has a lot of hair and you were able to create a really cute style with it!

Did you wash her hair with shampoo or? And is it necessary to put conditioning?

I don’t think I used shampoo because her hair didn’t have a lot of product in it (sorry I lowkey forgot lol) and I’d say conditioner is necessary because it makes the doll’s hair smooth and silky. Sometimes for new dolls I just rinse their hair with warm water and then add the conditioner and then boil wash their hair
