MY friends started BJJ in a small Province in Canada 15 years ago. they used to huddle around a grainy old VHS instrcutional and watch leg locks over and over again....the only other optio was very expensive trips to the US / Brazil. Now You Tube really is awesome! thanks!

TechNACITYbjj it’s a blessing and a curse.... it’s too easy for people to work on a move they see on KZbin for a while and then get bored before they have fully mastered it and move on to something else- there’s always something else shiny to get distracted by because there is so much content. When there were limited instructionals available, they would really focus on the same thing over and over and over again because there was nothing else to move onto. Blessing and a curse.
