I was five years young, I live in the Summer Hill community down the street from the stadium. When Mr. Henry Arron hit a home-run at the Fulton County Stadium, you can hear the crowds roar so loud out on your front porch. It was an exciting year for the city of Atlanta.

RIP, Hank Aaron What he went through up to the moment, when he passed Babe Ruth, and become the all-time home run leader was horrible. Playing in Milwaukee and Atlanta, Hank never 100%, received the recognition that he really deserved. RIP to a baseball legend, Hank Aaron #44

All class. Ran around the bases like it was any other home run. No gyrations or any idiotic gestures as we see today. A true professional who happened to be one the of the best ever. Thank you, Mr. Aaron.

The guy in the white rain coat following Aaron around at home plate and after was Craig Sager of NBA on TNT fame. I worked at the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame for 11 years and worked with Craig a few times. He wasn't supposed to be at home plate, but he told us what the heck and dove right in. We never heard the recording, but he said he still had it. A great, great guy!

They might not have the full game. Remember there’s lots of sports moments lost to that, really up till the 80s the networks used to “tape over” the tapes after a bit- people didn’t think to save them for history l that’s why there’s not whole games of many sports classics from the past

Such poetic justice. A black man broke the record from another black man pitching. All in a game where they were once not allowed to play in.

At 13:49 , Aaron broke the NL record for career runs scored with his 2,060th. Also, Bill Buckner in LF let the ball go through his legs.

I thought it was going to be the entire game. Disappointing with no Announcers, limited number of plays/at bats and couldn’t even hear what Hank was saying at the plate after the HR. I was at that game in 1974- really disappointed in how the Braves put this together.

Why not more? More of this game, and like others have suggested, 714 and stopping Rose's hitting streak. Those games have to be in some archive. I feel let down a bit after the big hype about streaming the first game on Monday.

I saw this as it was being livestreamed and I was disappointed at the finished product. Like others, I thought this was going to be the complete broadcast as originally shown on NBC. It started off good, with the NBC Peacock, the Coke commercial, and the NBC Sports introduction. So you can imagine my surprise when the gameplay started in the bottom of the 1st. And no announcers - what's up with that? And you couldn't hear what Hank Aaron was saying when he addressed the fans. Sorry, Atlanta Braves, you struck out looking on three pitches.
