nah, as a coach I would say that’s bull. People forget they are athletes, movement and agility is part of what they developed over the years, it’s an innate ability to dodge and react, that’s what make their body robust. Injuries happen in sports overtime, mostly sports is intent and greater force applied through wear and tear. The cure is taking of the body via nutrition and treat, then getting stronger for the sports are the key. If you can get injured from skipping then it’s something wrong with your conditioning.

leaving this comment here during spring training, but i notice when kelenic is in the box during BP, his bat rests on his shoulder and then it comes off of it before he swings. I'll bet you at some point the hitting coaches are going to adjust his swing to where he keeps his bat off his shoulder and adjusts his hands so it speeds his swing up and makes it smoother

A few observation here: 1. We can speculate all we want who's going to win the job for any position, but we will never know the what's behind the scene. Coaches evaluate players with 162 games in mind, say Arcia was not favored to win the job last year, and only coaches know by watching him everyday at the field, how he performs, work ethic, and experience etc. One thing I know about the way this team operate is "Experience" matter, Arcia was fulltime shortstop before he came to Atlanta, and watching him now the whole package, I understand why they choose him, rightfully so. They are also very calculated how they use their players between majors and minors, they want them to have experience in games. 2. Team morale, I hope they win it all this year, even if they don't I enjoy the comrades, playing lose with edge, drivens, and I watch Snit was talking about the Braves is not like everyone else, they is a code of all the HOF laid down by wearing the A, and I see guys really appreciate the opportunity ! Coming in early, putting in work, make effort, as fan I want my team to give it all they got, it's inspiring and something to look forward to. 3. I love Acuna reaction, he is a joyful person to watch. I see people commenting AJ should not be scaring the MVP barring any injuries. I disagree with that, I really want them to have fun and being competitive.
