The fire can be easily fought with a fire fighting aircraft. SCDF should have their own helicopters for rescue, firefighting, logistic support and deployment of manpower operation.

yea, and how are you supposed to pilot a plane in a literal storm? not to mention that training pilots and purchases aircrafts like that is expensive
