Why would anyone text, call Teresa for advice? I can't see her thinking, past herself and hers. She can't change. I mean "Namaste" is used by her so badly, so often and without love behind it that the meaning and feelings that it should invoke, are empty, cold and insincere.

Am I the only one that thinks Shannon was TIPSY when she approached Matt ( Katie’s husband) that was definitely not sober behavior 😂 This guy was minding his own business and was VERY sweet and respectful! Shannon owes both Katie and Matt a HUGE apology!! Shannon keeps saying she is doing great- but that was a bit unhinged.

Braunwin is an asset to the show , she’s a nice person , and she listens to and Heather and Lisa , and Meredith are just a little too much. Meredith having to have a bathtub insisting , who does this when you are invited to a persons home??? If people are this needy with certain things they have to have needs to go to a Five star hotel.??? I would be so embarrassed to have someone at my house that acts like this.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

I would have told Todd and Bronwyn to F off and left... Bronwyn knew what she was doing when she started that fight with Lisa.. she could have taken her aside and bitched her out.. but she chose to do it in front of the group.. And why did Lisa get the brunt of Bronwyn anger for calling Heather when they all were in on that call... With Bronwyn and Lisa I don't think it has anything to do with Heather.. It has more to do with the Child... there is Bronwyn's truth, there is the Grandparents truth, and then there is the Truth in the middle... seems like Todd and Bronwyn don't want anyone to know anyone else's truth but theirs..

I think you are sending the wrong message when it comes to being an addict, always an addict. As someone who's been sober for 25 years, it is important for me to remember that I am an addict. Admitting that I am an addict and will always be an addict is empowering because it allows me to live in reality and make empowering decisions based on my reality. Everything I've worked for in my life, family, job, serenity, partner, all of it will be gone if I forget that I am an addict. As there is no shame in getting clean and sober there is no shame in remembering where I come from and everything I would lose if I forget. I hope you reframe this for yourself and stop putting out dangerous ideas to those who look up to you. You may feel limited by the continued idea that you are an addict, but this acknowledgement may save someone else's life.

Once an addict, not always an addict. Period! That is such a very limiting mindset, and honestly insulting to the strength of the human spirit. My drug addiction taught me the greatest lesson of my life, and I am forever grateful for everything that learned along the way. And I have NO problem or shame admitting that I was once VERY addicted to pills and the feeling that I got from those pills. But I no longer am, and haven’t been since 2012. I healed my heart and because I did, that ache that I so longed to soothe no longer exists… That space was replaced with healing, forgiveness, gratitude and self love, and THAT changed my relationship with myself ENTIRELY! And the high I’ve lived on everyday from sheer self love is far better than any high that I have EVER had… from anything! So I take great care managing my relationship with myself, because the way I see myself shapes the way I feel about myself, and the way I feel about the world! I spent the first 40 years of my life hating on myself, and for the last 13, I’ve been loving the shit out of myself! And honestly everyday since has felt like a slice of heaven! I never dreamed that I could feel so whole, so peaceful, so solid. I changed my relationship with myself and it changed my ENTIRE life! ✨ I trust you to do what you feel is best for YOU, and I honor you and your efforts very much! But please keep on digging to the center of your soul, cause it’s where the magic lies! I promise! Wishing you all the best, Jen xx p.s. Get loaded on love, there’s NO better buzz! ♥️😉✨

@@jenerallyspeaking6246 It's limiting for you. It isn't for others. If that is what you believe and tell yourself, all the power to you, but it's not your place to tell others what is limiting and non limiting thinking on the subject. It's your opinion, and we all know what they say about opinions... they're like assholes, everyone has one, and they always stink. It's not limiting for me and for many others who "remember when" and have lived decades of productive, clean, and sober time. It's dangerous when people use platforms like this to spew their personal beliefs, dispensing their ideas as if they are gospel and fact. That their way of thinking and living is the only way to go. There is an ignorance and arrogance to it that I don't think you mean to portray. There is such negative judgment in how you frame this for people. Who are you to say what is limiting for someone else? Over my 25 years of clean and sober living, I have witnessed that those who think they have the answers for everyone else are usually the ones who end up picking up and going out. They are usually the most unhappy people and project this discontent onto others. They are so focused on telling others how to think and what to do that they don't actually do the work themselves. I'm not arguing that for you; saying you're an addict feels limiting. That is your truth. I hear you and honour it. But there lies the difference between what I am saying and what you are preaching. You are projecting judgment on others for thinking differently than you do. I take issue with you dictating to others what is acceptable thinking and what is not, what is limiting thinking and what is not, what keeps one stuck and what frees them. It's irresponsible, especially coming from a "life coach." Let people think the way they want to on these subjects. There are many ways to stay clean and sober; it's not a one-size-fits-all proposition. What works for you may not work for others. That's ok. It doesn't mean you are wrong about how you chose to frame things for yourself. If you are happy and healthy, awesome! I say this with care and concern because I like your channel and enjoy your commentary. PS. Patronizing someone who is giving you feedback is not a good look. Stay in your own lane and stop telling others who aren't paying you for your advice how to live their lives.
@badm97214 күн бұрын
@@jenerallyspeaking6246 Your response is problematic on many levels. It's patronizing and is a mix of condescension, arrogance and gaslighting gobbly gook. As a "life coach," you should know that life is not a one-size-fits-all deal. What works for you is valid. What works for others is also valid. Telling people that how they think is wrong and limiting is wreckless and off-putting. Here's to hoping you find a more empathetic path in your practice.
