In my opinion, last night’s episode was dark in a completely different way- it was hard to watch. I was surprised by how cold and purely mean the girls were to Sutton. She tried having the conversation with Erika, and it seemed like her trying to be gentle with Erika was misinterpreted as her somehow lying or being “two-faced.” The thing that was most surprising to me, however, was Kyle inserting herself and going on attack mode towards Sutton. If Garcelle and Sutton weren’t on this show, I’d never watch it again.

Under 'typical' circumstances (i.e. where the state-level executive branch has not been corrupted by a coercive, behind-the-scenes power encapsulated and perpetrated by TG), it'd be hard to believe that a police officer-on or off-duty-would not make _some_ note of a crash happening within the confines of their own home property, even if they resisted filing a formal report. Even if a crash happens on private property, it's been my understanding that police still must be notified b/c of the potential public-safety peril posed by someone who may have met the criteria for a DWI or DUI. (Unusual DWIs/DUIs have happened before in the Housewives universe before. First and most strongly with Joe Giudice (RHONJ Theresa's now ex-husband), who apparently wrapped his SUV around a tree, miraculously survived, immediately went or walked to his father's house nearby, and claimed to take several shots to 'calm his nerves'; secondly and much more shadily w/ ex-RHOP Monique and ongoing RHOP Ashley.) But then again, now that the state-level executive-branch and legal-professional corruption has been exposed w/ respect to TG's embezzlement and manipulation, I wouldn't be surprised that all reports on the executive-branch side of things (police, prosecutors, criminal-law judges, and perhaps even county property surveyors, who'd plausibly need to know about land damage) were 'magically' swept away. In this situation, this sort of suppression is wayyyy more plausible than extortion-based suppression on the medical side of things (esp. given the notorious history of corruption/blind 'permissibility' cultures within the LAPD and other southern-Californian law enforcement entities and individuals). All that being said, it'd be interesting to see what Erika's son would say if he were to be deposed or subpoenaed to testify *under oath* about TG's crash, alleged head injury and prolonged unconsciousness (as now freely 'divulged' by Erika), and purported mental decline-esp. if he still was living w/ them in 2017.
