I think Garcelle believes that Dorit has an unconscious bias towards black people. A few seasons ago when race became a topic of discussion, you could see Garcelle form her whole opinion of Dorit because of a misunderstanding of cultural differences. Dorit was talking about culture whereas Garcelle was talking about race, and they failed to get on the same page. Since then Garcelle has painted an image of Dorit in her mind, which is part of why I don’t think she understands why Boze is befriending Dorit. It doesn’t match up with the image that Garcelle has of Dorit.

@@Theofficialtaysia I’m a Black woman and although the word “attack” has a very different connotation for us than it does for the other women, it was very clear to me that Dorit did not mean anything by it. Dorit has never done anything malicious to Garcelle and has constantly tried to make things right with her. Garcelle on the other hand has repeatedly said horrible things about Dorit with the intention to hurt her, including saying Dorit faked being robbed while her children were in her home, and took no accountability for it. Garcelle can’t possibly think Dorit is so awful for being snobby or whatever her issue is when she signed up to be on a show about predominantly white, wealthy, out of touch women living in Beverly Hills. Hold everyone to the same standard or just admit you’re a mean girl and Dorit is an easy target, but the other excuses don’t work for me.
