I'm sorry but, Francesca is wrong in this situation. She should have had a checklist and reviewed it with Rachel before embarking on the journey. I understand that Elizabeth was a tough situation to deal with however, she needs to take accountability for her mistakes in terms of service. She is chief stew.

Yeah at this point she needs to have a leader mentality and dominant female presence to where it isn’t an issue to just walk up to whomever despite their mood swings, etc; And asked the necessary questions and conversations that need to happen to smoothly coincide successfully as a team. I’m in upper manager myself for 3 years and mgmt altogether 6; So I can see that at this point in the season F does NOT have that ZING and dom personality needed to run a job like this. To be able to solve issues reasonably but the 🔑 is to see the little things that need fixed and correct it immediately before it becomes a problem. Also tolerating certain behaviors and not being stern as needed when meeting w Elizabeth she just doesn’t have that personality of that of a manager. Much less chief on the interiors and guests experience.

As a supervisor, Fran should be verifying that everything they need for the beach service has been included. This has been an ongoing issue and at this point, she has no reason to believe that they will remember everything. She also needs lists! She needs to put in the upfront work of getting organized and making a plan so the season runs smoothly and she just hasn't done that.

Also, she was so focused on firing Elizabeth she was not focused. Also what was up with the fish, why would you not make sure the primary is taken care of first. Francesca is incompetent.

First off, Fran has memory issues. Rachel needs to be on meds, izzy needs to mind her own. Elizabeth needs to stop playing the victim because she’s insecure and few fries short of a full order , James is just a tool, Rob is on another planet. So that leaves Eddie and Capt lee to make sure things are done, as much as they can anyway. That’s my opinion, take it or leave it. The 2 well seasoned ones were the only ones doing there job correctly, I love Eddie now. But not when he was doing rocky, always loved Capt Lee. He’s a very smart man, stern when needed.

Looking more closely, Rachel DOES say to Francesca, “.... and you’re going to bring the ketchup...” . BOTH ladies have enough flaws to criticize, but my issue w/ Francesca is she is a supervisor. She should be going out of her way to fix problems, not attach blame to others and deny any responsibility. Personally, Ill be fine if neither of them returns next season and hope Rachel soon discovers that alcohol and her probably isn’t a good pairing. It will be interesting to hear CPT Lee’s thoughts on whether he would like to work with either one of them, again. I’m guessing he would not.

Fran, we all record Below deck and can play it back, she clearly told you to bring them, plus in watching all past seasons we have learned it is Chief Stew who brings condiments, plates, cuttery, salt, pepper, drinks, etc. You need to make lists to cover yourself. You did make mistakes and NEVER owned up to them. Rachel, tried to make the work go smoothly when she talked to you just before the cancelled season, when she didn't need to or have a reason to. CHARTER GUESTS USELY give a tip based on the food not on interior service, FACT!!!

He said he was going to dinner n drinks at a popular place nearby. He was drunk. Then left to drive over to the restaurant. I was really nervous about having served him so many drinks. Rachel is a damn good chef she bangs it out of the park always. She should get a premium tip as well. Without her quality fantastic presentation the guess would be pissed. The whining crew would have to really do some work. Also Rachel was dead on point with Elizabeth's BD cake at the restaurant. With Kate as a Chief Stew, Elizabeth would have received better guidance. Elizabeth needed clear instructions, lists, details, something that Francesca lacks of how to do even for herself. Francesca could have turned Elizabeth around instead of attacking her for her mistakes. Not sure on boats what their rights are but here on land its abuse. She could be sued for the way she handled every single one of her attacks on Elizabeth.

I feel the “exact same way!!” I didn’t like her from day one when she was supposed to be the third stew! Once Eddie gave her the promotion which was ludicrous, only couple wks left until end of season, when he promoted her, for before that promotion, they relatively were a cohesive team, that got along. Captain Lee promoted.Eddie as he was getting ready to leave, to catch his flight. Eddie went up to say goodbye to Captain Lee & then Captain Lee presented the extra stripes w/ promotion to Eddie. It would have been far wiser if Eddie had promoted Izzy in the same way. After “her promotion” it seemed like it went to her head, but even more so & she became “so full of herself & her new found self importance!!!” I’m with you “Glitter Army” & I really can’t stand her either!

In the condiment situation I think it is a simple miscommunication and both parties share blame, HOWEVER I feel that Rachel is VERY quick to blame Fran and turn on her. Now that she has turned on her it sets them both up for failure. Rachel is very scattered brained and Fran likes structure so they have to work ten times harder to communicate effectively. Forgetting ketchup is not the end of the world so for Rachel to turn and tell Fran she sucks at her job does not resolve the situation in the slightest

@@sandramosley4722 I disagree, she only got confused and gave out wrong plates because Rachel didn’t make the proper orders so she was confused and asked the guest because their orders were not made properly. While she should have served primary first the confusion is not her fault, it a product of the food issue. Fran is very professional and I think that shows in how she handles these situations, while she does grumble and vent to ash (which I think is a reasonable response) Rachel instantly goes overboard and says she’s terrible at her job! I think both are extremely talented people and BOTH need to own up to their mistakes.
