That's not an embryo yet. It's a zygote maybe. I suppose less prepared, less serious, possibly more ridiculous people are already parents, but Sergio is not going to be a parent. He talks about being a father the way 6 year-olds talk about being parents. He can't even articulate that he wants a child for legacy. . . just cute poses and image of them doing cute things. All the work will fall on Caroline to raise the child and her husband, and I strongly suspect that Sergio will say something messed up to Caroline like "it's the first time Caroline would actually have to parent since nannies raised her other children" (two of whom are still children). He wants to hobble her while having access to her wealth. Why is she entertaining the nonsense? ...Also she should look into family law in Dubai. Once that kid is there, I'm fairly certain if they were to split, Sergio would likely get custody and parental support. Seriously, what happened between Caroline and Cem? They seemed more in-tune.
