I disagree, if Hannah had been straight up with both Ben and the guests he wouldn’t have gone to the Captain. Guests will go straight to the Captain to complain if not happy. Why can’t Ben make sure Captain is aware prior to guests complaining and can speak with Hannah if he deems necessary?
