Why should she have to say anything at all. It is no one else's business what they did or didn't do, including Olivia. Her and Austin are both grown adults and were both single when it happened so they were free to do whatever they want. They didn't need anyone's blessing or permission and they certainly don't owe anyone explanations or details about it. Austin didn't need to consider Olivia's feelings just like Olivia didn't need to consider Austin's feelings when she started dating Rob. Rather harsh to judge Olivia for how she chooses to deal with her brother’s loss. Nor do we know it would be good for her and her mother to be together at this time. Everyone is different. You also didn’t take into account that Olivia likely has a contract to appear on the show. It’s a job and most bosses aren’t going to allow you to take a long time off. Who’s to say she didn’t grieve with her family? But most adults also need space to work things through.

Take FULL accountability, which means, you are actually silent after your apology.
