いつもながら、早稲田ＷＢのスノーマンフェスティバルは、聴衆や視聴している 者を飽きさせない、本当に素晴らしくまた楽しいですね。 ユニフォームに合った定番のクリスマスソング、ディズニーの曲、今年流行った ＵＳＡなど曲の構成も配慮が行き届いている。 演奏中のフォーメンションの変化はピッタリだし、スプーンやフライパン、 手袋によるパーカッションを新たに加えたり、リフティングに入る前の動きも 以前のものから変化させたり、事前の企画で創意工夫が熟考され生徒の練度も 高い。一言、「すごい」

俯瞰で見れるのがとてもいいと思います。下にいると全体を撮るには大きくカメラを振らなきゃいけないけど、上から撮っている分、バンドの動きも少ないカメラ移動で見ることができるし、摂陵のすばらしさが伝わってきます。

Wow! Wow! Wow! You really wowed me Waseda wind band. I had countless times watching this video (the center camera view and right camera view) because i tried to watched every sections like the trumpet sections, the sax section, the trombone sections, the flute and piccolo section, the percussions section, etc. i was really amazed how these sections formed, aligned, moved to their respective positions while playing their instruments at the same time. It was really fun and enjoyable to watch. They are fantastic! These young girls are not only skilled musicians but good dancers and singers as well. I would say that this is really a well-rehearsed performance! Two thumbs up! Waseda wind band, please make new videos for your fans worldwide.

Have you noticed all the girls dont have jewelries, rings, bracelets,, watches, earrings, necklaces on them! I saw two girls wore only glasses. This is to show that they really keen on details. For some they might say “what’s the big deal if they wear accessories such as jewelries, watches, necklaces, earring, rings, bracelets, but this Waseda wind band don’t, which i admire so much!

no other band can rival tachibana, but waseda comes pretty close. very entertaining band

I've been struggling with the same dilemma. The Waseda choreography is basic and leaves a lot to be desired. The movements don't seem to be in sync (rows, columns, etc.). Visually, They all have their hair tied up and I really like the bouncing pony-tails of Tachibana. I likewise prefer the uniforms of Tachibana. Musically Waseda has some original and clever arrangements (especially with the Christmas tunes and the clarinet section). I wonder if the conductor is the arranger? Waseda has some innovative ideas (like the ferry boat ride and the twirling sousaphones). I wonder if Wasda enters competitions like Tachibana?

@@jrcigarful They do enter marching band competitions in Japan, but unfortunately they end up in the same regional one as Tachibana, the Kansai regional, which may be the toughest regional competition as there are so many good schools in the traditional marching band style that are favored over the styles of Tachibana or Waseda Setsuryo. So lately, they don't make it to the national championship as often as the traditional matching band schools, like Mino Jiyu, Takigawa, Yodogawa, Osaka Toin, etc.
