Yup :) it must be a Brawl pass tier 70 skin because those skins have a complete pin set

If you buy a skin that has a whole pin set with it, you get all the extra pins for free, even with brawloween Rosa, you get ALL of the brawloween Rosa pins if you unlock her, even the 2 exclusive pins
