I'd say for MTG purposes, it makes sense to have 9 Nazgul and the Witch King. Since the Witch King was one of the 9, it's kinda like being able to have Gandalf the Grey and Gandalf the White in your deck. Pretty cool you get to play the 9 plus Witch King lol

To anyone who can’t challenge for historic brawl the work around is you both need to click the swords and challenge EACH OTHER . Hope that helps someone
