Just as a note: the Orb guarantees one of the two cards you see on its first trigger. If you really wanted the Reanimate in the Etali game, it may have been a good idea to keep it second from top. Whether they let you draw or mill, you’d still get it.

I've been brewing Gisa for Commander and this video came across my feed. Looks like a good deck and it was interesting how you kept using priest to force your mana count to get up to casting Gisa.

Just about the only thing I would change on this one for my personal taste is adding Skysovereign, Consul Flagship. repeatable crimes and its crewable by the tokens. Sneaky good tech in this new crime archetype that is universal.

I enjoy brawl but it seems like every other match is aatraxa exile everything and you sit there until they draw the planeswalkers they want to finally end the game. Are you just super lucky not playing against these decks or do you just don't include them in the videos?

Hi Amy, i can't seem to win a single game with this deck. Can you maybe help me? What am i doing to get card draw going? How do i fight atraxa,preator voice and killan decks? They stomp me hard! Help!

Waddup! I wouldn't worry too much about card draw, this deck is pretty low to the ground as far as mid range goes. Deploy your creatures and swing in after disrupting their hand to discard boardwipes. Dealing with creature based threats is the easy part in mono black. Just spot removal them. You have an abundance of 2 & 3 mana kill/sac/exile effects to choose from.

She's always been black, while her brother has been blue. I think it'd be interesting if they develop a new colour into them where they split off. Like gisa becoming golgari, and her brother becoming izzit

Trample also means that you can choose how much damage will stay on a creature, like 2 damage for win in last or one damage for simulacrum to not kill it for drawing and e.t.c.

Incorrect. A trampler must still assign enough damage to make LETHAL on the blocker(s) before assigning damage to the defending player. So no, you cannot just give 1 damage to a simulacrum. 702.19b The controller of an attacking creature with trample first assigns damage to the creature(s) blocking it. Once all those blocking creatures are assigned lethal damage, any excess damage is assigned as its controller chooses among those blocking creatures and the player, planeswalker, or battle the creature is attacking. When checking for assigned lethal damage, take into account damage already marked on the creature and damage from other creatures that’s being assigned during the same combat damage step, but not any abilities or effects that might change the amount of damage that’s actually dealt. The attacking creature’s controller need not assign lethal damage to all those blocking creatures but in that case can’t assign any damage to the player or planeswalker it’s attacking.
