I especially like when you play older, niche commanders. While there's certainly less of a demand for them compared to newer hot off the press commanders, to me it's a breath of fresh air. Part of that's because I play too much Magic myself, and constantly have to see the same FotM decks again and again so it's invigorating to see decks being played that I rarely get the joy of facing in the wild myself.

I really love Neera and I had actually made my own build, but Displacer Kitten goes super hard in this deck because it can reset the once per turn clause of Neera. Also possibility storm is super crazy and chaotic as well!

So I can say it needs a bit more removal as I used a no fee spells deck and absolutely stalled it out. Opponent could only cast static. Couldn't use the ability and never got enough to remove all my anti play setup. Been going up against so many decks that free cast I built a deck to prevent it.

Hey Amy, I'm a big fan your Brawl content. You do a great job of providing insight and keeping things entertaining too! Do you have any insight as to how the Commander Ban of Nadu will impact Brawl on Arena? I dislike that big Simic bird for the ridiculous way it warps game play and because it defies the old adage "bolt the bird."

The secret sauce is to wait for atleast one trigger (like how Amy's often not casting Neera without the extra mana and a spell) But yeah :c Sometimes you just don't hit, and enemy is playing blue ;;

1:07:40 I'd like to see a Winter, Misanthropic Guide deck. The symmetric draw is interesting: do you punish them for drawing? or play discard and make sure they always have things to be discarded? un-symmetric-ize it some other way? And also I think it would be funny to lean into the delirium and make an opponent have a negative maximum hand size.
