Ah, big Green. The first kind of deck I played when a friend was teaching me MTG. Except the deck had way more than 4 Llanowar elves, none of them had summoning sickness, and trample worked when blocking. I had to unlearn a lot of things when I got the chance to play Magic on my own.

I've always loved Soldiers in MTG, but no one I know in real life or online has made a soldier deck that I've really got to see shine. I'd really love to see you brew something with Torens or maybe Baird, Argivian Recruiter or King Darien XLVIII, idk. Just a dream.

I use Ojer and Zopandrel as a midgame kickstart in my Kutzil EDH deck and it's honestly just so fun to watch them pop off. Especially if I can sneak in a plotted Railway Brawler to really juice Kaslems effect, you can turn a middling boardstate into a massive problem very quickly.

I understand not having Defence of the Heart....but sometimes you just need to DotA into Zopandrel + Hoof to shake off all those Farewells and Rifts.

38:08 honestly, its a shame they didnt do more with niko, they seemed like such a cool planeswalker with a lot of interesting ways they could have designed new cards for them. And like, theres a lot of room to grow their story, but we may never see them again.
