There are a few enemies in Persona 4 that are just parody mobile suits. There's also a key item that's a Char's Zaku model kit (the description describes it as a red plastic model kit that's three times faster than others like it). The mainline SMT games don't have anything Gundam-related in them though, as far as I'm aware
