How to play bow -pick Diana -be sure to have a skin to look cooler since enemies are gonna see you a lot -enemies will see you a lot because your main tactic is wait -when they get distracted by your skin immediatly dlight nlight -escape and repeat -at the corner your best option is ground pound, just jump, it will hit Remember that diana has op sigs too -use them, but only at the edge #diamondplays

I've been a bow main for like 500 hours and I have to say the part about what move to use against what type of players and to play more reactionary have helped me a lot. I am usually a super aggressive player that just runs in swinging, but after watching this I've been learning to be more patient and I've been getting wins left and right. I literally got plat a few hours ago after being stuck in gold 5 for the entire season (although I DID only play like 50 games the entire season lol)

You do not know how to use spear??? Jeez... it's the easiest weapon to learn to play. You just need to make sure you got the range because of how most of spear's move have long range attacks. Try to read more often because players most likely will dodge you after you hit them with a side light. Tou should also do neutral air a lot imo because of the good defensive and offensive output it has.

I've been maining bow for at least 10 months now (mostly diana) and this guide is not what i expected from a 2 times world champion. You forgot to talk more about edge-guarding or other reads. All tho it's a great guide for new players or people starting with bow ;)

Yumiko actually doesn’t suck, if anything she’s the best hammer legend with her sown dig making hammer combos easier to do

"hammer combos" you mean strings the hitbox of dsig isn't great, you could just dodge in and never have to worry about it, especially if your opponent doesn't know how to adjust how they play and just play the same way

Aside from character specific stings, you've barely showed the dodge-reads on bow. Like Slight > dash jump > Nair; Slight > double chasedodge > reverse Slight; Slight > wait > (dash) Dlight; Dair > (dash) Nlight; Dair > chasedodge > Recovery (on higher damages) - stuff like that, y'know. Sigs are great and all, but on some characters they deal less damage than a full combo (from Dlight), not to mention they are generally less safe. Though, on higher damages signatures would KO earlier, I won't deny. Also, with Azoth's Dsig you can float BACKWARDS even more distance than usually - by holding back right after you start charging the sig.
