Brawling With The Best... And Winning? - Derive Combat Robot part 3

After a few years of development my featherweight combat robot is ready to compete at the highest level in australia. The Robowars Nationals is an open feather event in which 13.6kg robots from around the country compete to be crowned that year's champion.
Derive is a dual weaponed robot designed, manufactured and built in house that intends to destabilise and control opponents. Joining the team are Jordan and Chris to assist in keeping the machine running through the rigors of competition. These robots are smaller than the battlebots you see on TV but the concept is the same, two robots enter the arena but only one leaves.

If you're interested in combat robotics there may be a club near you. Often they are active on facebook. At least in australia there is one in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne.
