In the last years these types of foods in Brazil have been going through A LOT of something called "reduflação (shrinkflation)", which is when companies reduce the size/quantity of their products and, in some cases, even replace the ingredients with lower quality ones. They do this to bypass inflation, to keep product prices more stable. All these snacks used to be bigger and tastier years ago, now they're just a mere shadow of what they used to be. I'm not gonna lie, for me, with the exception of a few, all of these snacks are pretty bad and not worth the money. I like to eat the more natural ones, like peanuts. Other than that, I prefer eating fruits and good old homemade food. Great video man, props from Brazil!

You're a freaking legend! Congrats on valuing our snacks and food. Best way of knowing a country is with food. Like some other people said in the comment section, you should try our brazilian bbq. There are some steakhouse chains from Brazil over there in the U.S, but heard some people saying that it is not that great. Heard about a food truck spot tho, in Austin, called "Boteco". Authentic brazilian barbecue and you can also try our masterpiece national dish called "Feijoada" made from scratch with legit ingredients. A black bean and pork stew with that "sand" you ate called farofa. You should really try farofa made after ordering, cuz the heat enriches the experience.
@theozkavosh4 ай бұрын
Also, you should try more of our national fruits. The one I'd say is more authentic is the cashew juice. Cashew is not actually a nut but a fruit. The nut is just the roasted seed from the fruit. It is really refreshing with no taste similar to it.

Hey Brave Belly👍 I freaking enjoy seeing the opinions of foreigners tasting our food and I see you know "gringo” means “foreogner” here in Brazil, nice😀 So, I wrote a few comments and explanations for you as the video went on: - I believe all the stuff made by PepsiCo and Nestlé you had there are exclusive to Brazil, only from foreign companies. - The “Fandangos” chips you had are ham-flavored and they're perfectly salted IMO🤤 "Balducco” is a Brazilian brand founded by Italian immigrants in the 20th century, hence it's literally the family's second name. - “Bis” is made by a Brazilian brand called “Lacta” and they make various types of chocolate, and "branco” means" white”, and dude I'm with you on team white chocolate 🤜🤛 best sh ever lol - “Amandita” is supposed to be a more premium more expensive snack and also be walnut flavor but as you could see, they're nothing special and quite average lol - Those cassava peanut snacks are known here as “ovinho de amendoim” (peanut eggies) and one of my fav snacks ever, they're popular here and their quality ranges a lot from brand to brand, so I highly recommend trying out different brands so you can find your personal fav😉 - The red bag "vovozinha” snack is a type of sweet popcorn popular here - “Torcida” means “cheering/rooting group of people” and the snack is heavily advertised as something you're supposed to eat while watching soccer lol - "Paçoquita” is truly the best brand of this candy we have here called “paçoca” and it's literally dry peanut butter lol and let me tell you, my absolute favorite candy for life! And answering your question about whether Brazilians do or don't eat peanut butter, no we don't for the vast majority, and it's usually associated with American culture lol but we do have PB at groceries, just not a part of our culture. - "Garoto” is a chocolate factory from my state of São Paulo and to my taste buds, the higher quality stuff and my go-to Brazilian chocolates most times I truly hope all the info above helps you clarify a good drink of your questions about everything you ate there and thank you so much for showcasing a part of our culture on your channel and I hope you grow a lot here on KZbin🔥 Love from Brazil

Good to see people from other countries trying our popular food/snacks and learning a little about our country culture during the process. You should definitely try "Bolo de rolo". It´s a type of cake usually eaten as dessert in northeastern Brazil. It can come in various flavors like Guava, Chocolate, etc and combined with a good cup of coffee or with some ice cream is so good.

gosto muito do seu canal, acho que vc e sincero, porque se vc gostar você fala, mas se não gosta você não fala, e isso e legal, porque tem KZbinrs que são falsos, em questão desses assuntos
