BOPE does not use technologies like this, on the contrary, we do not have access to police technologies and tactics like this, our technology is scarce. And this camouflage is rarely used in Brazil, we most often use camouflage such as Multicam and its variations, British DPM, Black and Khaki/Coyote Brown. A headpiece that BOPE often uses is the Rolled Shemagg. The shirt is most commonly used with rolled sleeves, since the climate here is quite hot. And the pants are up to you.
