BRC Issue 8: Food safety culture

Great information sharing for members of the public and very relevant today as food industries try to survive the competition globally. I would like to know or suggest that employees undergo training to understand the importance of these standards and how employee behavior and attitude can support or damage the reputation and qualification of its employer. I believe that if Trade Unions are also involved to provide and emphasize trainings to their members working in the food industry it may still have a positive impact on productivity of the industries.
