I very rarely do open procedures because the recovery is so much better for patients with a minimally invasive approach but if i ever do get a case that requires an open procedure, I will post. Thanks for watching.

What’s the white bubbly stuff when you cauterize? Is it just normal organ protective fat? It looks oily or greasy kind of like fat would. Just curious.
