The Kriss Vector is in their armory, but they already spawn with a glock-17.

@@AgentMikhail Assuming he went into 914, the Kriss-Vector doesn’t upgrade, but the Glock-22 does. This way, he is able to have 2 primary weapons, (Kriss vector and P90) and grab another weapon (the Glock 22) from the LCZ armory.

Yo we were in the same event, i was the guy 3rd at the left [with an M16] at Gate A. Exactly at 27:00, the guy who said "God, that was intense." [My user is Katkis83, display is Foxtrot_Unknown] Edit: Was also at Gate B waiting for the breach event like the B-7 was entering the facility during the breach.
