Arguably the best character in CF. If not, she is at least top 3. She's not op but she has a lot more tools at her disposal than some of the other characters.

​@speedbump8471 No she isn't,she is a high tier character but not top tier. There are characters like Izanami,Izayoi,Litchi,Rachel,Carl,and Arkune that's above her,she is like in the same tier as ES,Susanoo,Mu12,Valk and Kokonoe. Hell,Mai and Hazama are actually a losing match-up for Nine.

@@rachetmarvel931 Tier lists do not convey the overall quality of the character and are more focused on the winrates/amount of players. As someone who played central fiction for about 5 years ill die on that hill that nine is the most busted and equally braindead character this game has to offer and im looking at the amount of effort for the amount of results you can achieve with this character.I had my friends who never touched a fighting game before already busting combos with nine after just a few days of practice. Requires low amount of inputs, has stupidly quick and far reaching normals (which dont exted your hitbox)the dash has invul (which is hilarious because even on wiff she has enough time to dash away from you ) specials dont know the concept of limited range ,at least her supers arent busted besides the fact that they combo into the death clock and you at least have to push some buttons for her astral. Put two players with the same amout of play time against each other,the nine player will win most of the time. And if you want to put tier lists into this there are not a lot of lists that dont put nine in top tier.

@@crazy_teacup Just like how a character being difficult doesnt determine their tier placement, a character being easy doesnt determine their tier placement. Nine is a great character, dont get me wrong, but we have to compare her tools in comparison to Carl, Rachel, and Izanami. Its really hard to say she’s better than those 3, ignoring Litchi and Izayoi being quite high up there.

Izanami literally has a special that says you dont get to hit me. Rachel has better mix and arguably better Zoning than Nine, with superior movement, and THE best AA in the game. Carl makes the game an actual one player game, looping unblockables with minimal setup, and without unblockables he has some of the best mix in the game. Nirvana is one of the best puppets created in fighting games, and this is probably carl’s WORST version. Nine requires you to actually hit your opponent with your normals (or make them block them) or else nine as a character is quite barebones. Her mix is good but definitly blockable (except the unblockable, but that takes multiple seconds to actually do). I just think that comparing her to those 3 characters, who in almost every tier list are THE three top tiers, shows that Nine is not anywhere near the level of bullshit those characters are pulling off.
