I never thought I'd see anymore soul calibur...Man where did the hype go.. maybe it's because of the stupid red impact. Sc is nearly as popular as Tekken but something must have been done for the lack of tournaments and play

Covid happened. Right when namco announced a Calibur world tour covid shut everything down so namco cancelled the tour. All the momentum the community had was lost cause playing online wasn't really an option when the netcode is absolute trash. Its a shame Calibur is such a good fighting game.

Sc6 had no hype it’s really really bad. Poorly balanced and most of all boring. Sc hasn’t been as popular as Tekken in like a decade lol.

That was a good game, well played by Kazi and Drew. Drew seemed like he gassed out and lost lots of momentum during the matches and Kazi completely dominated it afterwards, well played.
